Conducted a carbon footprint analysis of products, operations, and supply chain, explored Cradle to Cradle certification requirements for major product lines, and assessed the organization’s readiness to adopt a leadership strategy.

Align

Worked closely with the CEO and CFO to engage the executive team and entire corporate structure. Co-created a vision and built momentum throughout the organization.

Execute

Produced a set of actionable recommendations (including Cradle to Cradle certifications), made sustainability a key pillar of corporate strategy, and engaged teams across the business to set and achieve sustainability targets.

Result

Achieved Cradle to Cradle certifications in key product lines, improved operating and supply chain impacts, and aligned the organization behind embracing sustainability as a long-term growth opportunity.
